Young Tiger NTR is currently engaged in the shooting of “Devara,” directed by Koratala Siva, with a pan-Indian release scheduled for April 5th, 2024. However, the film has stepped out of the summer race due to several reasons. The primary factor is the lead antagonist, Saif Ali Khan, who underwent surgery and requires additional time for recovery before returning to the sets.
Additionally, the upcoming Assembly and Parliament elections in Andhra Pradesh prompted the team to reconsider the film’s release timing. Saif Ali Khan’s surgery, coupled with Anirudh’s delayed work due to his commitments, has led to a decision to extend the film’s release timeline. Koratala Siva and the team are also allocating more time for the completion of VFX work.
“Devara” is now slated to hit screens in the second half of the year, with the exact release date to be finalized post the completion of the shoot. Produced by NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts, the film marks Janhvi Kapoor’s debut in Tollywood.
