Nikhil Siddharth, who is currently riding high on the massive success of “Karthikeya 2,” is all set to captivate the audience with another Pan India spy thriller titled “Spy.” Directed by popular editor Garry BH, the film is touted to unveil India’s best-kept secret, the hidden story of Subhash Chandra Bose.
The film’s teaser was released at the historic Subhash Chandra Bose statue at Kartavya Path in New Delhi. Nikhil plays the lead role of a spy who is chosen to disclose India’s secret history. In the teaser, a team of Indian special agents can be seen discussing the files of Netaji and the Indian National Army created by the freedom fighter Azad Hind Fauj.
The head of the agency calls Netaji’s death in a plane crash a cover-up story and says, “Our history is in your hands.” The teaser reveals that the entire nation wants to know what actually happened to Netaji, and the film seems to offer answers to all the questions.
Iswarya Menon, Aryan Rajesh, Abhinav Gomatam, and Makrand Deshpande are also seen in the teaser. The film is produced by K Raja Shekhar Reddy under the Ed Entertainments banner and is made on a high budget.
With Nikhil Siddharth leading the cast, who is known for his remarkable performances in movies like “Swamy Ra Ra” and “Keshava,” the audience is eagerly anticipating the release of “Spy,” which is set to hit theaters on June 29th.
