Remember Nani’s V, which was directed by Mohana Krishna Indraganti? The film will have a theatrical release from January 1, 2021.

Nani’s V to release in theatres on January 1, 2021

It’s the season of getting back to theatres and stars are promoting returning to theatres, with proper COVID protocol in place. During the pandemic, viewers were tied down to binge-watch series on various OTT platforms. Some films did not want to take chance and released their films on OTT.

However, many have now realised that watching a series or a feature film on small screen or mobiles is no match to the experience of watching a feature film on the big screen.

Right now, Sai Dharam Tej’s Solo Brathuke So Better is releasing in theatres and will become the first Tollywood film to hit the screens on December 25.

But now comes the news that the makers of V, Sri Venkateswara Creations, has decided to release V in theatres. When the film released on OTT, it did not get very nice reviews. The viewers were not satisfied with the film.

Now, the makers want to release the film on-screen as V happens to be an action-packed film starring Nani and Sudheer Babu as the main protagonists. Nivetha Thomas and Aditi Rao Hydari play the female protagonists.

The film was very different from the films Mohana Krishna Indraganti had directed in the past. A thriller on the lines of Hollywood flicks, the film also saw Nani in a full-on action movie.
