Later, several film personalities shared their views with the Chief Minister. The CM explained the government’s stance to them. ‘The government is with the industry. There is no question of compromising on law and order. The responsibility of controlling the fans lies with the celebrities. The industry should act with social responsibility in the development of Telangana. Film personalities should take the initiative in campaigning for awareness on drug control and women’s safety. We should promote temple tourism and ecotourism. The industry should also cooperate in terms of investments. We will be serious about bouncers from now on,’ said Chief Minister Revanth.

Celebrities brought the problems of the film industry to our attention. They shared doubts, misconceptions and ideas. Our government always stands by the industry. Our main intention is to promote the film industry. Our government has given special VOs to 8 films. We gave police ground to the film Pushpa. We have taken this decision to create a brand for the Telugu industry. Along with IT and pharma, this sector is also important to us. We brought the Gaddar Award knowing that awards are not given in Telangana. We have appointed Dil Raju as the FDC Chairman to be a mediator between the government and the industry.

We have formed a cabinet sub-committee to resolve the problems of the film industry. The industry should also form a committee. We are taking steps to bring Hollywood and Bollywood to Hyderabad. We are trying to attract other film industries by organizing big conferences in the city. We are improving employment opportunities by setting up Young India Skills University. We are setting up advanced technology centers to enhance skills and provide jobs. Whatever we have done for the industry, it was the Congress governments that did it. We will continue that legacy. Let’s not limit the Telugu industry to Telugu but develop it all together,” the CM explained. The Chief Minister later posted on ‘X’ that he assured film personalities that the public government will support the development of the film industry and solve its problems.

On this occasion, Nagarjuna said, “Our film industry will grow to the world level only if the government provides capital investments. Our desire is for Hyderabad to become the world cinema capital. There should be studio setups at a universal level.”

We request the government to organize the International Film Festival in Hyderabad. All the CMs have taken good care of the industry. This government is also encouraging us.

Producer Shyam Prasad Reddy said that we should not ignore small things. The Sandhya Theater incident has hurt Mamalni a lot. Like the election results, the film release will be on the first day. Promotion has become crucial due to competition in film releases. We are doing extensive promotions as films are being released all over the world,’ said Murali Mohan. We have complete faith in the government. The film industry came to Hyderabad from Chennai in those days with the help of the government. Hyderabad should be the care-of address for all agencies including Netflix and Amazon.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy shared his vision for the Telugu film industry with us. He discussed that the government and the industry should work together to develop Telugu cinema worldwide. Accordingly, we will all work together. They discussed what facilities should be set up so that not only Indian cinema people but also Hollywood people can shoot in Hyderabad.

We will discuss the entire film industry again on it and give him advice and suggestions through the FDC. We will take steps to make Hyderabad an international hub for the film industry. We will cooperate with the government on the issue of drugs. There is a campaign that the distance between the industry and the government has increased due to some unavoidable incidents that have happened recently. That is just a misconception. It has been a week since I took charge as the FDC chairman.

I met the Chief Minister as soon as I returned from the US. The only issue here is the development of the industry. Benefit shows and ticket rates are a small matter. That is not important. The agenda is to develop the Telugu film industry internationally,’ said Dil Raju.
