Produced under the Subishi Entertainments banner by Venugopal Reddy, the film Laggam is written and directed by Ramesh Cheppala. Set against the backdrop of Telangana, Laggam is a Telugu film that is expected to resonate with audiences across both Telugu-speaking states.
