Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan joins hands with successful director H.Vinoth. For a massive project with an ensemble cast and crew that promises to be one of the most memorable films from Raaj Kamal Films International (RKFI) after their humongous blockbuster VIKRAM. This high-budget movie #KH233 (RKFI52) that comes up with a powerful tagline- Rise To Rule will be produced by Kamal Haasan himself and R Mahendran. Kamal Haasan also provided the story for the movie.
