Meanwhile, Pooja Hegde, the reigning queen of Tollywood, has been struggling in the industry with four consecutive box office flops in the past two years. As a result, filmmakers are now turning to Sreeleela as a new option for leading roles, leaving Pooja Hegde out of consideration.
Sreeleela has already bagged a lead role opposite Mahesh Babu in Trivikram’s upcoming film, and she’s rumored to be considered for two Pawan Kalyan films, including a potential special song in the remake of “Vinodaya Sitham” starring Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej. Director Harish Shankar is also reportedly considering Sreeleela for his upcoming film “Ustaad Bhagat Singh,” which previously had Pooja Hegde as a potential cast member. However, it seems that the director has changed his mind and is now looking to cast Sreeleela instead.
