Megastar Chiranjeevi has been rejecting directors left, right, and center these days. In a span of just 3 months, he has rejected three established directors namely Sujeeth, VV Vinayak, and now the latest addition Bobby.
Sujeeth and VV Vinayak reworked the script of Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer but couldn’t come up with a script that impressed the Megastar. Bobby, on the other hand, was working on a family entertainer with lots of comedy but even that project has been rejected by Megastar saying he wasn’t convinced with the comedy portions of the film.
Now it is being reported that Megastar has brought Tamil director Mohan Raja on board for Lucifer’s remake. Mohan Raja is the one who directed the original Tamil version of Dhruva, Thani Oruvan. But other than that film, he hasn’t had any big success to his name. Everyone is wondering how come Chiru has given Mohan Raja a chance, rejecting our successful Tollywood directors.
Some insiders are saying Chiru is committing a blunder but there are any others who vouch for Megastar’s script selection.
