Actress Asin, who gained fame with her debut movie “Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi” and later found success in Bollywood with films like “Ghajini” and “Ready.” Has dismissed the rumors of her divorce from husband Rahul Sharma.
Addressing the issue on her Instagram account, Asin wrote, “In the middle of our summer holidays right now, literally sitting across each other enjoying our breakfast and came across some very imaginative and utterly baseless ‘NEWS’.” She further added, “Reminds me of the time we were sitting at home together with our families planning our wedding and we heard that we had broken up (laughing emoji) Seriously?! Please do better. (Disappointed to have wasted 5 mins of an otherwise wonderful holiday on this!) Have a great day you guys.”
The rumors started circulating when Asin removed photos of herself and Rahul from her Instagram account, which sparked speculations. Although the reason for removing those photos remains unknown, Asin has categorically denied the divorce rumors.
Interestingly, the actress has kept one photo of herself with her husband, a black and white picture featuring the late actor Rishi Kapoor, who attended their wedding. Asin posted the picture as a tribute to the legendary Bollywood actor.
Currently, Asin’s Instagram account is filled with pictures of her daughter, Arin Rayn.
