Manchu Vishnu’s ambitious project “Kannappa” recently had its launch, and production was set to begin shortly. This film had been in pre-production for several years and is reportedly one of the most expensive ventures in Manchu Vishnu’s career. Initially, top actress Kriti Sanon’s sister, Nupur Sanon, was cast as the film’s leading lady. However, she decided to exit the project even before shooting commenced. Vishnu took to his official Twitter page to share the news, citing scheduling conflicts as the reason for Nupur’s departure.
Vishnu’s tweet read, “Sad to announce that the lovely @NupurSanon had to step down from #Kannappa due to scheduling conflicts. We’ll miss her, but the hunt for our new leading lady begins! Sending Nupur our best wishes on her other commitments. Hope to work with her in the near future. Exciting times ahead. Stay tuned for updates!” It’s worth noting that Nupur Sanon is the lead actress in Ravi Teja’s “Tiger Nageswara Rao,” scheduled for release in October.
