SS Rajamouli is gearing up to direct Superstar Mahesh Babu in an action-packed adventure that will span various global locations. Recent updates reveal that Indonesian actress Chelsea Islan has been chosen to play the lead role, after considering names like Deepika Padukone. Rajamouli conducted a recent look test with Chelsea Islan, and she’s close to being finalized for the part, with an official announcement expected soon.
The final script has been locked by Rajamouli, and the film’s pre-production is currently underway. Shooting for this yet-to-be-titled movie is set to commence in April, with Mahesh Babu preparing to join the film’s workshop shortly. KL Narayana, in collaboration with a top Hollywood studio, will produce this high-budget project.
Mahesh Babu has completed filming for “Guntur Kaaram,” directed by Trivikram, with plans for its release during Sankranthi 2024.
