It’s surely a huge high for the young fans of Kartik Aryan and for Kartik Aryan himself. The Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone has expressed her wish to work in a film with Kartik Aryan.
I want to do a fun film with you, she wrote, while wishing Kartik Aryan on his birthday. However, since on-screen pairings are decided by directors and producers, we are not sure when this pairing will happen. But one thing is for sure. Since the word is out now, it is bound to give some ideas to those interested in cashing in on the chemistry of Deepika Padukone and Kartik Aryan.
While Deepika has always given big hits, Kartik Aryan is considered to be a contender of ‘romantic hero’ tag in Bollywood. It would be indeed interesting to watch Deepika and Karthik in a rom-com.
On work front, Deepika Padukone, as always, has a list of big-ticket films in her line-up. She has 83 with husband Ranveer Singh, Pathan with none other than Shah Rukh Khan, Shakun Batra’s next and The Intern, in which she was supposed to act with late Rishi Kapoor. She was last seen in a message-oriented film Chappak, that cannot be compared to her other films, in terms of box-office success.
As for Kartik Aryan, he has just bagged the role of a journalist in Ram Madhvani’s directorial Dhamaka. The poster of the film has just been released.
This apart, Kartik has two really big films – Bhool Bhulaiya 2 and Dostana 2.
