‘Dalapati 69’ Is A Remake Of Vijay’s Film Balayya..?

It is known that ’69’ was announced as the last film that Dalapati Vijay will act in the background of his political entry. Films like ‘Tunivu, Valimai’ directed by H. Vinod is the director of this movie. Buttabomma Pooja Hegde is teaming up with Vijay once again after ‘Beast’. Bobby Deol will be seen in a key role. But this movie is being talked about as Balakrishna’s super hit movie.

This news got more momentum as there were sufficient evidences for it. So what is that movie? The evidence is that this action drama film is being planned as a remake of last year’s ‘Bhagwant Kesari’ directed by director Anil Ravipudi. Kannada star hero Shivraj Kumar was approached for a role in the movie 69′. However, his character length was short and he was rejected as a dying character.

But this role draws comparisons with Sarath Kumar’s role as Balakrishna’s friend in Bhagwant Kesari. On the other hand, the unit of this film completed a schedule in the army camp. It is said that Mamita Baiju of Premalu fame is playing a role similar to Srilila in this movie. Bobby Deol will act in villain Arjun Rampal’s place. Pooja Hegde will be seen in Kajal Place.

These comparisons add strength to the news that this movie is a remake of Balayya. Director H Vinod previously made the Bollywood film ‘Pink’ as a commercial hit in Kollywood. It was this director who inspired Venu Sriram for the commercial touches in the movie ‘Vakeel Saab’. We will have to wait for a few more days to know how much truth there is in this gossip. Anirudh is providing the music for this movie and it is planned to release in October 2025.
