Meher Ramesh can be considered the luckiest director in the Telugu film industry. Despite not delivering a single hit, the director has directed the star heroes like NTR, Prabhas, and Venkatesh. After the failure of Venkatesh’s Shadow, he had no offers and after a decade’s break, Meher Ramesh is all set to direct Chiranjeevi’s Bhola Shankar, which is a remake of a Tamil movie.
Though the movie’s shooting was started long ago, the movie shoot is yet to be wrapped up. According to the reports, Chiranjeevi who is riding high after the success of Waltair Veerayya is putting Meher Ramesh in confusion and forcing him to reshoot some scenes which are causing further delay.
Sai Pallavi was approached to play Chiranjeevi’s sister, but Sai Pallavi denied the offer and eventually, the offer went to Keerthy Suresh. Tamannah who played a key role in Sye Raa is playing the female lead in this movie.
