Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan shelled out close to Rs 100 crores for 2 luxury apartments on 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of a residential building in Juhu-Versova Link Road.
Hrithik acquired a duplex penthouse and a single flat in the building. The penthouse costs a whopping amount of Rs 67.50 crores while the other apartment costs Rs 30 crores. The registration charges alone are said to have added up to Rs 1.95 crores.
The apartments offer a splendid view of the Arabian Sea day in day out and have a combined built up area of 38,000 sq ft.
Hrithik, along with his family members will be moving into these apartments very soon. Prior to this acquisition, the Roshans were staying at a private apartment in Juhu Prime beach, paying a monthly rent of Rs 8.25 lakh.
