Law enforcement has reached out to Meta, the parent company of Facebook, seeking URL specifics regarding the fake video’s upload and details on individuals who shared it.
In connection with the case, a 19-year-old from Bihar has been interrogated, suspected of involvement in the circulation of the viral video. As of now, no arrests have been executed, and the investigation remains active. The incident of the Deep Fake video has drawn strong criticism from multiple sources, including a Union Minister.
