Big Shock To Ravi Teja From Bollywood

Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja had great expectations for his film “Tiger Nageswara Rao.” He went above and beyond to promote the movie, even traveling to Mumbai and other North Indian cities due to its Hindi release. However, the film received poor word of mouth, and its reception in the Hindi belt has been disappointing, with low footfalls. It’s becoming a challenge for “Tiger Nageswara Rao” to recoup even its digital distribution expenses in North India.

Ravi Teja initially believed that “Tiger Nageswara Rao” was the ideal vehicle to launch his Bollywood career, but he has been taken aback by the film’s underwhelming box-office performance. The movie is also struggling in the Telugu market, lagging behind “Bhagavanth Kesari” and “Leo.” The film’s extended runtime and excessive action sequences have contributed to its disappointment.

Directed by Vamsee, “Tiger Nageswara Rao” is a biopic centered on Stuartpuram thief Nageswara Rao, who was one of the most wanted criminals in the 1970s.
