Beyond Political Clashes, Pawan Kalyan’s Film Stands Strong

The pre-release speech of Pawan Kalyan at Sai Dharam Tej’s Republic film event sparked a war between him and the Andhra Pradesh Government. Pawan Kalyan, who founded the Janasena political party in 2014, faced repercussions as the AP government lowered ticket rates in theaters, affecting the Telugu film industry.

After a few months of turmoil and intervention by prominent actors like Chiranjeevi, Mahesh Babu, and Prabhas, the ticket rates issue was resolved. However, the government continued targeting Pawan Kalyan’s films. Both Vakeel Saab and Bheemla Nayak faced difficulties in AP due to political interference.

The government imposed low ticket prices and restricted special shows for these movies, allowing only 4 shows per day. In contrast, Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film, Bro The Avatar, seems unaffected by the political conflicts.

The movie is adhering to the revised G.O., allowing it to have 5 shows per day with ticket prices as per the government guidelines. Surprisingly, the film’s team decided not to apply for a ticket hike in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, ensuring that the ticket rates remain in line with the government’s regulations for Bro The Avatar in both states.
