Prabhas, celebrated worldwide for his iconic role in the Baahubali franchise, needs no introduction to cinema enthusiasts. His colossal success in the film industry, largely attributed to the visionary director SS Rajamouli, has made him a household name on a global scale.
However, a recent issue has stirred concern regarding a wax figurine of Prabhas portraying his character as Mahendra Baahubali. This statue, on display for several months at the Chamundeshwari Celebrity Wax Museum in Mysore, has suddenly gained widespread attention.
Shobu Yarlagadda, the producer behind the Baahubali phenomenon, has publicly expressed his displeasure with this wax creation. He asserts that the statue was produced without official authorization or prior knowledge from the Baahubali team. Taking to his social media platform, he posted, “This is not an officially licensed work and was created without our consent. We will be taking immediate steps to have it removed.”
As of now, there has been no response from the museum’s management, leaving us in eager anticipation of Shobu Yarlagadda’s potential actions to address this matter.
