In a surprising turn of events, reports have emerged stating that esteemed choreographer Brinda sustained injuries during the filming of Manchu Vishnu’s ambitious project, Kannappa. Brinda, known for her exceptional choreography, was working on dance sequences for the film in the picturesque locales of New Zealand.
The unfortunate incident occurred during a song shoot, prompting an immediate halt to the filming as Brinda was swiftly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Sources indicate that the incident took place on a Sunday, and the production team chose to maintain confidentiality about the incident.
This isn’t the first instance of injuries on the set of Kannappa, as earlier, Manchu Vishnu himself encountered injuries during the shoot in New Zealand. The project has been garnering significant attention for its star-studded cast, including Prabhas, Nayanthara, Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Sarathkumar, and Madhubala in pivotal roles. Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, known for his work on Mahabharat, the film boasts musical brilliance by Mani Sharma, with Stephen Devassay contributing to the score. Adding to its visual allure is cinematographer Sheldon Shau.
