Currently, actor Rana Daggubati is enjoying honeymoon vacation with his wife Miheeka Bajaj. After returning, Rana will resume the shoot of his ongoing film, Virata Parvam. Being directed by Venu Udugula, the film is based on the Naxalite movement and has Sai Pallavi, Priyamani and Nandita Das in key roles.
On the other hand, Rana’s yet another film, Haathi Mere Saathi which was supposed to hit the screens in April is awaiting the release from the past seven months. Now, the fresh speculations indicate that the film is likely to skip its theatrical release and go for a direct OTT streaming on the popular digital platform Amazon Prime Video. However, an official confirmation regarding the news is yet to be out.
Directed by Prabhu Solomon, Haathi Mere Saathi has been titled as Aranya and Kaadan for Telugu and Tamil versions.
