Adipurush, starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon and directed by Om Raut, was released on 16 June 2023 amidst high anticipation. However, it failed to meet the expectations of movie lovers, leaving them disappointed.
The film’s dialogues faced severe criticism from various sources, leading to backlash for the makers. In response to this, they have introduced a special offer for movie lovers. They announced that an edited version of Adipurush will be screened in theaters on 22 and 23 June 2023, at a reduced price of Rs 150, even in 3D format. The makers shared the details, stating, “Experience the epic tale in 3D on the big screen at an affordable price! Tickets start at Rs 150. This offer is not valid in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. 3D glasses charges are applicable.”
It remains to be seen whether this latest offer will entice movie lovers to visit theaters and watch Adipurush on the big screen. The film is based on the Hindu epic Ramayana, with Saif Ali Khan portraying the antagonist role.
