Megastar Chiranjeevi’s intense social drama, Acharya’s shooting is underway in Hyderabad. Ever since the project has gone on the sets, a strong buzz has been circulating among film circles is that Chiru’s son Ram Charan will also be seen in a key role in the movie but there is no official confirmation regarding it, to date.
Meanwhile, in a recent web interview, for the first time, Acharya’s director Koratala Siva revealed that Charan is doing a special role in the movie. Siva also went on to say that he has designed a powerful role for the actor and is going to create a solid impact during the second half proceedings. However, Siva remains tight-lipped about who is going to be the female lead opposite Charan.
Acharya has Kajal Aggarwal as the pair opposite Chiranjeevi. Ram Charan’s Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainments banner are bankrolling the project, jointly.
