It seems there’s no end to the daunting worries for Prabhas’s ‘Aadipurush’ movie. The movie which was initially supposed to release in August 2022, was pushed to January 2023. Now, the movie has once again postponed its release date.
Ever since the movie’s teaser release, it has been receiving severe criticism from fans and others for the VFX shots, Prabhas’ looks, and other aspects. The team, especially Prabhas is unhappy with the response to the teaser.
Amid speculations about the movie’s release date, director Om Raut has officially announced that the movie is postponed to June 16, 2023. He also said, “In order to give a complete visual experience to the viewers, we need to give more time to the teams working on the film. We are committed to making a film that India will be proud of. Your support, love, and blessings are what keep us going.”
The movie team will rework on the project and it is heard that around 100-150 crores will be spent on VFX again.
Kriti Sanon is playing the leading lady as goddess Sita which also has Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh in significant roles. T-Series and Retrophiles Pvt Ltd jointly produced this biggie, confirmed to release in all major Indian languages.
