Adivi Sesh, who is one of the most bankable stars, given his sensational track record, delivering back-to-back Pan India blockbusters, is set to surprise in a mass and rugged character for the first time in his next ambitious project Dacoit. As shown in the promos, he will be seen uttering his dialogues in Madanapalle slang. Mrunal Thakur is the female lead in this movie that marks the debut directorial of Shaniel Deo.
Bheems Ceciroleo delivered a mesmerizing melody laced with rustic rhythms, crooning alongside Chinmayi Sripada’s soul-stirring vocals. Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar’s poignant lyrics trace a young man’s pure, all-consuming love for Juliet- brought vividly to life by the effortless spark between Sesh and Mrunal, before her devastating betrayal turns bliss into torment, landing him behind bars.
Sesh and Mrunal share an easy, lived-in chemistry that makes the fall even more devastating. Their pairing becomes the emotional anchor of the song. Rubaroo also feels like a turning page in the film’s story.
Produced by Supriya Yarlagadda, with Suniel Narang as co-producer and presented by Annapurna Studios, the film’s cinematography is handled by Danush Bhaskar, while Gyaani provides background score.
Dacoit is locked for release on April 10th. If Rubaroo is any indication, the film isn’t just an action entertainer, but a tale carved out of love, loss, and the fire that rises from heartbreak.
