The highly-anticipated mytho sci-fi film “Kalki 2898 AD,” featuring the talented Prabhas and the stunning Deepika Padukone in lead roles and directed by Nag Ashwin, recently encountered a significant setback. The project faced unfortunate leaks of on-set pictures, causing understandable frustration within the production team.
In response to these regrettable incidents, the film’s producers have issued a firm public notice, which states: “We want to inform the general public that Vyjayanthi Movies exclusively holds the copyrights and intellectual property rights for the film titled ‘KALKI 2898 AD,’ encompassing all associated elements, including scenes, music, footage, stills, images, and related materials.”
Furthermore, the notice emphasizes the seriousness of the situation, making it clear that sharing any content related to the film, such as scenes, images, footage, or any other material, through any means, including social media, constitutes a criminal offense under the Copyright Act of 1957 and other relevant laws. Individuals found involved in sharing or leaking information, news, or materials related to the film will face legal action, with the assistance of the Cyber Police.
