Sithara Entertainments officially announced their upcoming project which will have Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. The project has been tentatively titled Production No. 12 and it will be the Telugu remake of Malayalam action thriller Ayyappanum Koshiyum.
The makers did not confirm that this film is a remake but this news is all but confirmed. An official announcement is expected to be made sooner or later.
The Telugu remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum will have Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati in the lead roles. Rana had also signed the dotted line and thus announcement will be made on a future date.
Sagar K Chandra of Appatlo Okadundevadu fame will be directing this highly anticipated remake and he is close to locking the final draft. Thaman has been roped in to compose the music for the film. Suryadevara Naga Vamsi is the producer.
Pawan Kalyan will first be wrapping up Vakeel Saab and then move onto periodical film with Krish. In all likelihood, he will join the sets of Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake from January next year.
